Hi Sophie, yes having a nice weekend we went to the seaside yesterday, it was lovely. Hope you having good weekend too xx

I hope forum stuff gets sorted, i really do - i really value NRAS - especially the excellent high profile work they do, recent issues really need effective resolvement sooner than three months i think, to prevent escalating anxieties :(

Thanks for hugs Angela, Ive been on sulpha since 1998. On the whole it has worked really well for me, i do get terrible headaches tho' if i forget tablets in good time, I've always worried about side effects of all medications but realise i need something, hoping pred is just a temporary measure, feeling better this morning - i think it might have been all the sea air we had yesterday xx

Hello glad you feeling better I live by the sea and it is blowing a gale so I know
the sea air wakes you up and gets into the good old lungs.

Hi Liz

Glad you enjoyed the seaside; I'm lucky I live by it! Sea air can be so wonderfully revitalising, it can also knock you for six!!

Pleased the prednisolone seems to be working for you, it's doing well for me but just wish it would work a little bit quicker as 4am Wednesday fast approaches!!

I feel the same way as you about NRAS and hope issues are quickly resolved.

Take care Liz,

Lyn xx

Dearest Liz,

So sorry to hear about your trouble at work causing no doubt stress, and adding to your pain; no wonder you've got the blues.

After leaving hospital I had a couple of days by the sea, and like me, hope it did lifted your mood. There's nothing like the sea air, sunshine and being away from it all to make a girl feel good. Bet you looked great in your bikiniLOL.

Try to plan over the next few weeks nice things to do, and do take time out to pamper yourself, it all helps to raise one's spirits.

thinking of you and sending gentle cyber hugs,

love and lots of well wishes,

Barbara

Eeeek ME - in a bikini... aw Barb - you have made me laugh and thats just what i need xx
You're obviously not familiar with my jellybelly ;) ...In fact parts of me could get mistaken for a jelly fish besides the sea so always best keep covered me up to avert any embarrassing incidents! xx

Anyway - How are YOU? Been thinking of you a lot and sending seasidey cyber hugs back your way too xx

There's been a bit going on here but I'm ever the optimist, hoping things may be resolved sooner than anticipated xx

I lower my pred from tomorrow, not a day too soon as it hasn't suited me too much but it is slowly doing the trick with the flare, mornings are the worst but then i get a dip again around about bedtime, not really myself at the moment but much better than I was,

How are things with you? I havent been on all day so need to catch up with whats going on....

Hugs to you Lyn too and positive vibes for Wednesday xxXxx
